LKL Ireland is seeking to provide Eastern European workers in Ireland at a competitive rate.
This can vary but we tend to have someone on farm within 2 weeks and often sooner..
We require a 2 week deposit before placing an Eastern European and then a weekly direct debit for their wages.
The worker employed by LKL Ireland and placed on the clients farm. There are considerable advantages to the farmer. LKL will provide the payroll service, managed deductions and the farmer will receive a monthly invoice. Cutting down the farmers admin time.
Eastern European workers will have a basic understanding of English and speak a little. It will take time for them to adjust to the role but have a great work ethic and are very reliable. Our Romanian managers will assist with getting them settled in and adjusted to the job.
